Biographie

C’est à l’animation que MiniKim doit sa passion pour le dessin.

Petite elle s’amuse à s’inventer des histoires en reproduisant les personnages de dessins animés japonais.

Ce n’est que plus tard, alors adolescente, qu’elle choisira de se consacrer pleinement au dessin en optant pour des études en animation au Luxembourg.

En 2003, après quelques années à enchainer les petits boulots, elle s'installe à Paris et décroche ses premiers contrats dans l'illustration, l'animation et le jeux vidéo.

C’est à cette période qu’elle redécouvre la BD et participe à son premier festival d’Angoulême.

Via Internet, elle rencontre Mathieu Mariolle qui lui propose le scénario d’AltaDonna.

Parallèlement à ce projet elle commence à publier des strips et rubriques dans le magasine Tchô.

En 2006, le projet de série AltaDonna est repéré par les éditions Dargaud.

En 2007 sont publiés "Job Academy" avec MagicFred et PoP (Ed. Glénat) et "Il était une fois" avec PoP (Ed. Carabas).

En janvier 2008, est publié "Alta Donna", Tome 1, avec Mathieu Mariolle et PoP (Ed. Dargaud).

It is with animation that MiniKim owes its passion for the drawing.

Small she has fun to invent stories by reproducing the characters of Japanese animated drawings.

It is only later, then teenager, than she will choose to stop guitar, and rock'n'roll band to devote herself fully to the drawing while choosing studies in animation in Luxembourg.

In 2003, after a few years to be worked in various fields (animated drawing, restoration, employment-young person, E-learning...) she launches out in freelance as flash animator and illustration.
It is at this period that she discovers comics and takes part in its first festival of Angouleme in France.

Via Internet, she meets Mathieu Mariolle who proposes her the scenario of AltaDonna. Parallel to this project she starts to publish with her boyfriend MagicFred some small strips and the comic "Job Academy" in Tchô magasine .

In 2006, the project of AltaDonna series is located by the Dargaud editions and the heading Job Academy adapted in album (in store on April 10 2007).
